Simple 5 Day Challenge: Day 5

Congratulations, you have made it to the last day of the challenge! Well done if you have gotten this far. You have not only exercised your body, but also your mind in terms of putting your determination to the test.

It is imaginable that you feel quite revived by now and that you have more than likely enjoyed this process. It is hoped that the workout videos have been very useful and inspiring to you.

Today we will finish off with Billy Banks Tae Bo – something a little different but not for the faint hearted. Feel free to try this workout or continue with one that you are comfortable with.
