Are you used to having that mundane morning coffee? Why not try to shake things up a little and change your morning ritual? Try having a Tisanes instead. They are sometimes easier to make and come with a natural taste.
Tisanes are great, there are so many flavours to choose from. They are dairy free and caffeine free, plus many of them have health benefits.
They are very handy for when you are travelling as you can take a few tea bags with you and a little sugar and get some hot water whenever you can, such as after security in the airport at Starbucks or Prêt if you are buying something. So be sure to take your travel mug with you.
