
Try this for a great low fat, vitamin packed, dairy free treat. It can be good for breakfast or any time during the day.
All you need is:
A coconut 🥥
Dairy free coconut yoghurt (Sold in most supermarkets)
A few strawberries 🍓
A dash of chia seeds.
Warning: Please be aware that the chia seeds must be mixed into the yoghurt before eating, as they swell up when they come into contact with liquid and can be dangerous if they get stuck in the throat.
